We wish you all a fun and safe holiday!
The OJCA-OJCC Mochitsuki has, for over 4 decades, been a gathering place for friends and family of the Japanese Canadian community in Ottawa to celebrate the upcoming New Year with food, activities and performances from local talent. In an abundance of caution for our volunteers and due to certain logistical challenges, we must unfortunately announce the cancellation of this year’s event due to the ongoing pandemic situation.
We look forward to celebrating in person with you next year! In the meantime, keep an eye on our Facebook, Website and soon to be launched Instagram page for fun holiday-themed content. Frozen kirimochi will also be available for sale to OJCA members (details to come).
We wish you all a fun and safe holiday!
