We’re a bilingual community television program that covers stories related to the JC community in Ottawa. Show airs 9 am on the 2nd Sunday from Oct. to June and again on the following Saturday at 9 am. Check your TV guide for time changes. Sadou Gakushukai

This Tea Ceremony Study Group is new. The members meet every month upstairs in Amy’s Room on the first Sunday of the month, from 9 to noon.

Play Group

Come speak/practice Japanese with Japanese-speaking mothers while your children play and learn every Friday. Please see the Play Group (Japanese) web site for details.

Taiko

Ottawa Japanese Language School

Emi-no-kai

Ottawa Ondo 2008

In commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of Japan-Canada Diplomatic Relations, the mission of the OJCC “Ottawa Ondo” Subcommittee is to provide the Ottawa Japanese community and larger national capital region with an original song and dance that celebrates the unique heritage and specificities of our capital city through the use of traditional Japanese festival music, dance, singing and costumes.
