About “Leadership Lessons for Life”
How do you motivate people to do things they might not like doing? How do you identify someone who is helpful versus an enabler? Can you really learn from your mistakes? What should you do if you are being badly led?
These are some questions that Brigadier-General Steve Moritsugu has tackled in his 36 year career in the Canadian Armed Forces. They are questions that are relevant not only to a commander in the military, but for any leader or future leader, in any sector and of any size of group.
Moritsugu is a passionate mentor and believes in “working together, and sharing information and experience”. He wishes to provide leaders with “every opportunity to reach out and learn from people who have ‘been there and done that.’” Come listen and learn from his experience.
