OJCA/OJCC membership is open to all individuals.
Just a reminder, while members are welcome to join or renew at any time, the membership term is from January 1 to December 31 of the following year.
There are 4 types of membership as follows:
- Family Membership (for members of the same family residing at the same location):
annual fee $30 - Single Membership:
annual fee $25 - Student Membership (for a full-time student):
annual fee $15 - Senior Membership (up to 2 adults, 65 years and older):
annual fee $20
Members receive a weekly email eBlast in both English and Japanese.

NEW!-Important Notice
The OJCA/OJCC has changed its membership registration process effective November 12, 2025.
We have transitioned our membership registration and tracking services to Communal, an all-in-one platform for nonprofits. Through Communal, OJCA/OJCC members can proactively manage their accounts and enroll in automatic annual renewals. Additionally, Communal automatically notifies members one month before their membership renewal, on the renewal date, and after their membership expires (you can, of course, opt out of this notification process).
For all current members, an account has already been created in reference to your membership’s email address. To activate your account, simply follow the instructions below to create a password. Once you’re in, we encourage you to update your profile for future communications.

- Enter your email address and select “Send Password Reset Link.”
- Access your email account and find the “Password Reset” message from OJCA-OJCC.
- Click the link in the email and enter your new password.
Once you have access to your community account, you can renew your membership and participate in other community activities, such as pre-purchasing tickets and food for Mochitsuki 2025.!
