Japanese Cooking Class with Emi Buzza is Back!

Date: Sunday, June 4, 2023 from 1 – 4 p.m.

Venue: OJCC

Fee: $40 for members, $50 for non-members

Class size limit of 20 people 

Menu:

Teriyaki chicken sushi roll

Agedashi tofu

Shrimp coconut milk soup

Eggplant Dengaku (Grilled eggplant with miso sauce)

Fried Daifuku

Get your creative hat on and make your one-of-a-kind Nengajyo for the New Year!

Three lucky winners will be selected at random to receive some fun prizes courtesy of the OJCC!
